What are Ingnuity probes used for?
They are used to assist in detecting VOC concentrations at potential emission sources in industrial equipment.
Do these probes meet EPA Method 21 requirements?
They are designed to support procedures conducted in accordance with EPA Method 21. Compliance depends on proper use and regulatory adherence.
Are the extension probes quick-connect compatible?
Yes. They are compatible with TVA2020, TVA1000B, and Bascom-Turner CCD systems.
What materials are used in the probes?
The probes utilize a 316 stainless steel tip, aluminum body, porous stainless steel filter, and high-purity Tygon and PTFE tubing.
How far can the probe extend?
We offer four extension probe models: ING-EP4 (1’6”–4’), ING-EP6 (3’–6’), ING-EP13 (5’–13’), and ING-EP25 (6’–25’)
How often does calibration need to be performed?
The probe requires a single daily calibration, with no recalibration required during extension.
What is the flow rate and response time?
The probe operates within a flow rate of 0.10–3.0 L/min and supports sample times under 30 seconds.
